About Sarah

Sarah started practising yoga as a form of physical exercise in 2011. It was 2014 when she travelled to Rishikesh, in the north of India, and that is when she realised that there was so much more to Yoga and that it was going to play a much bigger role in her life moving forward.

She started practicing more regularly, exploring different styles and teaching methodologies, and then decided to formally start her training to get a deeper knowledge.

Sarah's qualifications include:

  • 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at The House of Yoga, London, 2017

  • Foundations in Teaching Mindfulness Meditation at Yogacampus, 2018

  • Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, 2018

  • Post-Natal Yoga Teacher Training with Sally Parkes (2018) and with Yogamama (2019)

  • Yin Yoga Training with Cal Wansbrough, 2019

  • Yoga Nidra teacher training at Satyananda Yoga Centre, 2020 (in progress)

Sarah mainly teaches Power Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation nowadays.

Her yoga classes will strengthen, tone and invigorate your mind and body with a dynamic flow, and an emphasis on breathing and focus. Her teaching offers a deeper understanding of self and an ongoing commitment to self-growth, always with a smile.

Sarah's interest in self-development also led her to train in Life Coaching with Animas.
