Come celebrate World Meditation Day

Did you know World Meditation Day is taking place in May? To celebrate and learn more about Mindfulness Meditation, I am running a special workshop at Evolve in South Kensington, a first of its kind!

I have recently completed my Foundation Training in teaching Mindfulness Meditation at Yogacampus and I am passionate about sharing what I have learnt.



We will start with some very gentle yoga movements (no sweating, I promise!) and relaxation before diving into what mindfulness meditation is, including tips on how to sit, how to breathe and how to develop a daily practice.

We will explore a few different techniques, including:

mindful breathing in the belly, mindfulness of feeling tone, and candlelit meditation. 

Meditation is a great gift to give yourself. It is a way to experience a higher quality of life just by going inside yourself and touching your center for a moment. No prior meditation experience required.
